Fill it in, copy it, paste it into Gmail's signature box. No sign-up, no watermark, and nothing is sent anywhere — the HTML is built in your browser.
Putting it into Gmail
Press Copy signature, then in Gmail open Settings → See all settings → General, scroll to Signature, create one and paste. Gmail keeps the formatting because it is pasting rich text rather than code.
Use Copy HTML source only if you are pasting into something that expects raw HTML, like a help desk or a mail-merge tool.
What to leave out
Signatures get long because everything looks worth including. Two things earn their place: how to reach you, and who you are. A quote, four social icons, a legal disclaimer and an image of your logo all cost load time and look worse on a phone, where most replies are read.
Skip images entirely if you can. They get blocked by default in many clients, so your signature arrives as a broken-image icon with a name under it.
After the signature
